Wildwood Pavilion
Receptions under the stars are created in the stunning Wildwood Pavilion, surrounded by forest and flowers.
Beautifully constructed, the giant 48’ x 90’ pavilion comfortably fits up to 400 people

62 interior LED lights in 8 zones can be dimmed to create your ideal ambience
- Adding additional accent lighting is easy with switched outlets every 8 feet.

- Offers privacy and the perfect place for pre-wedding preparation photos.
Luxurious bathrooms are located just outside the pavilion.
Wildwood Lodge
You and your guests can stay overnight in the largest of our stunning accommodations, Wildwood Lodge.
5 fully-furnished bedrooms sleep 21 people
- Upper level 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 4 twin beds each, 2 bedrooms with 5 twin beds each.
- 2 twin beds can be converted to 1 king bed in any of the bedrooms.
- 1 main-level bedroom with one double bed and one twin bed and direct access to the handicap bathroom.
Fully-stocked kitchen, large grill and spacious dining area is perfect for your Rehearsal Dinner.
4 bathrooms
- One bathroom is handicap accessible and 2 upper level bathrooms feature two separate showers, sinks, and toilets.
- One lower-level half bath conveniently located just off the work area.
Living room features a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating for reception guests who may want to relax indoors.

The smaller of our two overnight havens, Wildwood Cabin is thoughtfully-designed and well-appointed, creating an atmosphere to remember.

- All 3 bedrooms are on the lower level and each have four twin beds.
- 2 twin beds can be converted to 1 king bed in any of the bedrooms.

Our open catering policy allows you to choose one of our excellent local catering options, or prepare your own food in our fully-stocked kitchens.
The Lodge, Cabin, and Pavilion are equipped with everything you or your caterer will need for easy preparation and serving.
We do not have a liquor license, so you must bring your own alcoholic beverages and serve them complimentary to your guests.
We offer many rental items to complete your wedding vision from White's Rentals LLC.
Tables, chairs, dance floors, patio heaters, risers, benches, and more are available for rent to create your magical wedding backdrop.
Delivery and set-up of rental items are dropped off on the first day of your rental contract and picked up on the next business day following your event.

Courtesy holds are available upon request and are held until a deposit is made or another party expresses interest. Deposits are required to convert a courtesy hold into a reservation. A strict cancellation policy is enforced.
