White's Wildwood Resort, located on Cty Hwy OO, in the countryside between Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, will bring this idyllic Wisconsin setting to life for you on your wedding day. Seating for your wedding guests on the lawn is virtually unlimited and will allow them to enjoy the quiet tranquility of the lush green, natural surroundings.

So what if it rains? There is an old saying that rain on your wedding day is a lucky omen. You are doubly lucky if your wedding is being held at Wisconsin wedding venue. They will flawlessly transition your wedding ceremony into the grand room of the Lodge. In this beautifully appointed room with its wooden staircase for the bride to process down and a magnificent two story stone fireplace, you, your attendants, and wedding guests will stay warm and dry and still be able to enjoy the lovely woodland view from the expansive windows in the room. The loft is also available to accommodate wedding guests.

A Wedding Reception Under the Stars

Liven up the night. Continue your outdoor wedding celebration with a reception held under a tent canopy, or if you prefer, move indoors to the Wildwood Lodge. After dinner, the great room of the lodge offers comfortable seating for your wedding guests who just want to relax in quiet conversation while others dance the night away outside.

And when the music stops, reserve the Wildwood Lodge or Cabin for your family or wedding party to stay the night. The Lodge offers accommodations for 21 people, the Cabin for 12. Your wedding guests will enjoy the charming rustic luxury of the rooms and thank you for your thoughtfulness. It's the perfect way to end your wedding reception.

Wedding Showers and Bachelorette Parties

The rustic ambiance of our Wisconsin retreat center is perfect for your shower, be it a traditional bride's or a contemporary couple's shower. Bring the outdoors in through the windows of the grand room or add warmth and comfort to your wedding event in front of the fireplace in the great room. Both the Lodge and Cabin have full kitchens stocked with all the cookware and dishes you will need to serve a luncheon, if desired. Both facilities have handicap accessible bathrooms.

Make the great Wisconsin outdoors your bachelorette venue. Skip the driving from one bar to the next. Escape with your friends to an afternoon of fun and games – ladder ball, croquet, dodge ball. Play like you were kids again! When the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows. Remember s'mores? Reminisce about your past lives together and indulge in dreams of what the future holds for you.

Host Your Dream Wedding on a Budget

There are a lot of details in planning your wedding. One of the largest is booking your wedding venue. At White's Wildwood Retreat in Chippewa Falls, we offer an affordable, cozy northwoods location with a touch of luxury.

Book an entire weekend (Friday & Saturday) at both the Wildwood Lodge and the Wildwood Cabin for $3850.

Host your wedding ceremony and reception Sunday through Thursday at the Wildwood Lodge for $420/night or the Wildwood Cabin for $330/night.

*Reservations can be made with a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Wedding Guest Accommodations

Offer your wedding guests a place to stay after your wedding reception. The Wildwood Lodge can sleep up to 21 overnight guests and the Wildwood Cabin sleeps up to 12 overnight guests.

If you have additional guests that would like to stay at our event venue, we offer campers and tents for rental.

Campers - $75/weekend (primitive)
Tents - $25/weekend (primitive)

Extra Rentals

Make your wedding a day to remember with help from our Chippewa Falls wedding venue. Create a magical backdrop to say your "I do's" with these extra items for rent:

Wedding arch - $150

Steel folding chairs (buff colored) - $2/each

6' and 5' banquet tables - $10/each

Round tablecloths (white) - $10/each

Banquet tablecloths (black) - $10/each

Set-up and delivery of additional rental items including banquet tents, portable toilets, etc. begin on the first day of your rental contract. We ask that arrangements be made for pick-up of these rentals for the next business day.

Checking In &
Checking Out

Check-in is 3 PM the day of your arrival. Check-out is 3 PM on your departure date. We will be more than happy to adjust these times based on your needs.
