event venue perfect for you.

more information. A deposit is required upon making your reservation* as well as completing our rental agreement.

*Cancellation of reservation with a 60 day notice or greater will have their deposit refunded if and only if the retreat is rebooked for the exact rental timeline. Twenty-five percent (25%) of your deposit will be retained for administrative fee.

Wildwood Lodge rates based on a 21 person occupancy. Wildwood Cabin rates based on a 12 person occupancy unless otherwise noted. Sales tax is not included in the listed rates.

A 3.5% service fee is added for credit charges

Monday Through Thursday Day Rentals

Stay at our Wisconsin retreat center for $465 per day at the Wildwood Lodge and $385 per day at the Wildwood Cabin.

Sunday Through Thursday Night Rentals

Plan a overnight getaway in our Wisconsin northwoods event venue for $545 per night at the Wildwood Lodge and $435 per night at the Wildwood Cabin. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Friday & Saturday Night Rentals

Host your next craft retreat or family reunion at our Chippewa Falls, WI retreat and event facility for $1,095 per night in the Wildwood Lodge and $795 per night in the Wildwood Cabin. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Three Day Retreats

Starting at just $75 per person*, you will enjoy a high-quality Wisconsin retreat for low prices no matter the size of your group with our reasonable mid-week rates. Three day retreats begin Monday or Tuesday and run through Wednesday or Thursday.

*Three day retreat rates apply to both the Wildwood Lodge and Wildwood Cabin. Rates are based on a 21 person occupancy.

Four Day Retreats

Starting at just $100 per person*, you can relish four full days in the comfort of our lodge with our late check-out time on Thursday evening. Four day retreats run from Monday through Thursday evening.

Starting at just $138 per person*, you can fully relax with four full days in the comfort of our cabin with our late check-out time on Thursday evening. Four day retreats run from Monday through Thursday evening.

The Bear Den Bedroom Rental

Stay in the Bear Den Bedroom for no additional charge! Located just off the Great Room on the main floor of the Wildwood Lodge, the Bear Den Bedroom offers the perfect little getaway with handicap-accessibility. The Bear Den sleeps up to three guests in the twin and double beds and has direct access to the handicap bathroom.

Holiday Rates

Celebrate your holidays with a special retreat to our Wisconsin retreat center and banquet hall. Stay at the Wildwood Lodge for $630 per day and $1,095 per night or choose the intimate Wildwood Cabin for $545 per day and $795 per night.

Wedding Rentals

Bring the serenity of Wisconsin's beautiful outdoors to your wedding ceremony and reception. Start by booking your wedding venue at our Wisconsin retreat center in Chippewa Falls. We offer an affordable, cozy northwoods location with a touch of luxury.

Book the complete venue for the entire weekend.

The complete venue includes Wildwood Lodge, Wildwood Cabin, Wildwood Pavilion, Our Outside Venue, Pavilion Bathroom and Special Event Parking.

Check in time is as early as you wish on Friday morning. Check out time on Sunday is at 1 pm.

Pavilion only rental after Labor day weekend.

Checking In &
Checking Out

Enjoy a full day of crafting or relaxation with our late check-out times. Check-in is 3 PM the day of your arrival. Check-out is 3 PM on your departure date. If you wish to check-in early, we will try our best to accommodate your plans.

Courtesy Holds

Request a courtesy hold until you firm up your event timeline when you're not certain which dates you wish to book for your scrapbooking retreat or family reunion. Just let us know which dates you are interested in, and we will hold them until interest is shown by another party or you make your deposit.

Because we are a small business and we rent our entire facility to our guests, it is important we enforce a strict cancellation policy. There are also important policies that apply to courtesy holds including:

Submitting a deposit converts a courtesy hold to a reservation and is the only way to guarantee your desired dates.

Parties with a courtesy hold will be notified when another party shows interest in the same dates. At this time a deposit will need to be made to convert the hold to a reservation.

Repeat guests can place a courtesy hold on a specific timeline; however, courtesy holds within one calendar year are subject to a deposit being paid during their (annual) retreat.

Deposits are transferable to an alternative date based on availability and a minimum of a 90 day notice.
